The estimated delivery time can vary between 2–6 weeks depending on if the requested material in the chosen colour needs to be ordered or not. Our ambition is to deliver your products as fast as possible. The blankets are knitted with unspun wool, making the thin threads fragile and easy to break when carrying or using the product. Please note, this does not count as a production fault and therefore the product can not be returned.

The products are carried out by Schenker/Posten. If you notice that your package is damaged you should report this directly to Schenker/Posten. An unclaimed package is charged with a return payment fee.

Returns

All of our products are custom made and can not be returned. However, if the product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@woollie.se
